About Ganaia
For over a decade, Ganaia has been empowering clients to access the innate wisdom held within their own womb — supporting the organic pathways of body and soul as one. She gathers circles of women in rhythm, weaving her devotion of the feminine mysteries with the ancient technology of the frame drum. Her 1:1 sessions and group containers create opportunities for empowering innerworld discovery and transformation.
Ganaia is a passionate women’s space holder and bodyworker. Owner of Held in Wholeness LLC, she has been involved in the healing arts for 15 years. After having trained in numerous modalities of energy healing, Ganaia was led to womb massage though her own journey of reproductive healing. For years she experienced painful menstruation and it was questionably becoming a chronic condition.
Learning womb-centering massage was a life-changing catalyst on her journey. The self-care technique became a safe & direct access point to consciously dialogue with the wisdom of her womb and she discovered her own loving connection was the balm she sought. Ganaia's pain subsided and this newfound connection blossomed outward. She has never been able to look back & forever inspired in the transformational power that women hold.
Since traveling to to the heart of Belize in 2016 to study Mayan abdominal massage, she has trained in Womb Hara Massage with The Institute of Feminine Arts, LomiLomi Hawaiian pregnancy massage and Tami Lynn Kent’s Holistic Pelvic Care™. Along with receiving birth doula certifications through The Matrona & DONA International, she co-founded Healthy Birth Hawaii and specialized in supporting fertility clients at a prominent health center.
For 5 years she extensively studied and apprenticed with feminine mystery school The Fountain of Life, — founded by Seren & Dr. Azra Bertrand, authors of “Womb Awakening” and “Magdalene Mysteries” — participating as a mentor and assisting retreats in supporting others on their journey of womb awakening.
In addition to being a mother, Ganaia most enjoys spending time in nature with her frame drum; discovering and deepening into connection of her own inner and outer landscapes.

Ganaia discovered the ancient art of frame drumming 12 years ago, following the passing of her father. On a soul level she recognized its unique sound and was magnetized to discover the ancient language speaking through it’s pulse — which felt both timeless and also of this world.
The frame drum became a bridge of connection within her journey of feminine embodiment and ancestral healing; the drum as mirror and familiar to the creatrix pulse of her own womb.
Ganaia has studied with a handful of mistress frame drummers and tambourine players and continues to deepen her path in the lineage of women frame drummers that the late Layne Redmond writes about in “When the Drummers Were Women”. She gathers circles of women in rhythm, weaving her devotion of women’s mysteries with the ancient technology of the frame drum.
