the way you honor your body makes all the difference.

Integrative Therapeutic Massage

Deeply nourishing sessions honoring the wisdom of the body, bringing soft awareness & unwinding to the places that seek it most.

Womb Wellness Massage

Womb Wellness Massage is a womb-centric bodywork therapy that supports proper alignment of the uterus. These sessions welcome release of tension, clearing stagnation and encouraging pathways opening to improve life-force flow of blood, energy, lymph and nervous system health.

Clients are taught self-care womb centering massage, a lifelong skill to apply in the comfort of your own home and puts the power of healing back into your own hands.

This therapy holds true that the womb / uterus is the center of a woman’s well-being.

Womb Wellness Therapy Supports:

  • Improving menstrual cycle, peri-menopausal & menopausal health

  • Optimizing fertility — including IVF & IUI

  • Postpartum recovery, cesarean healing & other abdominal surgery recovery

  • Connecting with one’s physical & energetic womb space to release outdated patterns, imprints & traumas

My emphasis throughout sessions is in presence.

I combine extensive bodywork and energy healing skills with an intuitive approach to uniquely meet the personal needs of each client.

Prenatal massage

Massages are done in side-lying position, which allows for less gravitational strain and easing stretched uterine ligaments. This position reduces pressure in the low back and joints of the pelvis, allowing for deeper relaxation.

Let you and your babe be nurtured on your journey to motherhood. This time away from the ordinary creates a special opportunity to connect with the life you are nurturing.

Postpartum massage

Deeply restorative and relaxing full body massage including abdominal/uterine therapy to help lift and support the womb. Organic oils are infused with herbs and essential oils specifically for the postpartum period to support grounding and bringing balance to the new mother’s energy.

“When a mother thrives.. community thrives. When communities thrive, the earth thrives.”

  - Rachelle Garcia Seliga.
