Ganaia is a passionate women’s space holder, advanced bodyworker, and the founder of Held in Wholeness LLC.
For more than a decade, she has devoted herself to guiding women through womb-centric somatic and nervous system tending, ancient rhythmic remembrance and transformation.
Ganaia’s path to becoming a trusted leader in the healing arts began with her own journey of healing chronic reproductive pain. Discovering self-care womb massage served as a life-changing catalyst—opening a safe, direct access point to her body’s inner wisdom. She has never been able to look back and forever inspired by the transformational power that women hold.
To support her intuitive skills with lineage and clinical study, Ganaia traveled to the heart of Belize in 2016 as a student under the lineage of Don Elijio Panti — Masewal Maya H’Men of the Yucatan region. She bridges traditional healing practices with modern somatic safety, holding specialized certifications in:
Holistic Pelvic Care™ by Tami Lynn Kent
Integrative Womb Hara Massage via The Institute of Feminine Arts
Nervous System Courtship with Medicine of the Feminine
Birth Doula Certifications through both DONA International and The Matrona
Spirit Keeper of the Womb apprenticeship, The Fountain of Life
A co-founder of Healthy Birth Hawaii, Ganaia spent years specializing in fertility support at a holistic wellness center on the Big Island. Her deep immersion into feminine reclamation includes 12 years of extensive study and apprenticeship within the mystery schools of Seren and Dr. Azra Bertrand (authors of Womb Awakening), where she has served as a mentor and retreat assistant.
Deeply woven into her somatic practice is the ancient technology of the frame drum, studying extensively within the lineage of Layne Redmond, author of “When the Drummers Were Women.” Ganaia has anchored this medicine through in-person teaching and sacred prayerformances. Today, she brings this rhythmic lineage to global circles, teaching women’s frame drumming within Seren Bertrand's year-long online program, The Enchantress Conservatory.
In addition to being a full time mama, Ganaia most enjoys spending time in nature, discovering and deepening into the connection of her own inner and outer landscapes.
