Lake Eden Reunion - October 16th-18th

Join Ganaia as she offers and Intro to Elemental Women's Frame Drumming at this very special weekend-long event.

Learn the fundamentals of frame drumming in this interactive workshop, rooted in the teachings of Layne Redmond, author of "When the Drummers Were Women". Participants will explore foundational rhythmic patterns and the elemental strokes, while exploring drumming as a tool for connection and mind-body synchronization. We will focus on building a collective groove, grounding our movements through the pulse of our feet, and honoring the deep ‘herstory’ of women's drumming. Drums are provided and all levels of experience are welcome.

Mentorship

For women seeking longer-term support, Ganaia also offers individually shaped mentorship drawing from her years of practice in womb-centered bodywork, frame drumming, embodied ritual, ancestral exploration and feminine wisdom.

Rather than following a fixed program, mentorship is created in response to the woman, the season she is moving through and the practices she feels called to deepen.
