Born from personal loss and a deep call toward ancient remembering, Ganaia’s bond with the frame drum became her bridge between womb, body, and Earth. Today, she holds this space to help you channel the ebbs and flows, and creative forces of your own life. Today, she guides women to find their own rhythm, heal through sound, and step into their power.

A personal introduction to the frame drum and/or tambourine path, as both instrument and embodied practice.
These private sessions offer space to learn the foundations of women’s frame drumming at your own pace — from how to hold and play the drum, to developing confidence with foundational strokes, rhythm, improvisation and embodied listening.
Ganaia’s approach is rooted in relationship rather than performance. Alongside technique, you’ll be invited to experience rhythm through body, psyche and soul — exploring the drum as a companion for creative expression, ritual, connection and prayerful presence.
Lessons are tailored to your level of experience, whether you are meeting the frame drum for the first time or wanting to deepen an existing practice.

how to hold and play the drum comfortably
rhythmically holding the pulse with your feet

Four private lessons exploring Earth, Air, Fire & Water.
For those wanting to go deeper, this four-part series explores the elemental qualities of rhythm and how they can inform both the techniques of playing the drum and your deeper relationship to this ancient instrument of frequency and vibration.
Each session is devoted to an element:
Earth — the magnetic floor of the womb —ancestral connection, initiated magic, nourishment, and rooted foundation
Air — the upper ceiling of the womb — vision and illumination, crystallization, focus and discernment
Fire — the right ovary — vitality, passion, boundaries and containment
Water — the left ovary — receptivity, intuition, active surrender, and wisdom
