Womb Wellness Therapy is a womb-centric bodywork therapy that supports proper alignment of the uterus. These sessions welcome release of tension, clearing of stagnation and encourages opening pathways of improving life-force flow of blood, energetic, lymph and nervous system health.
In ancient feminine wisdom traditions, the womb was honored as a creative portal of energy, a bridge between worlds and the source of primordial wisdom; the seat of our spiritual power.
Clients are taught self-care womb massage, a lifelong skill to apply in the comfort of your own home and puts the power of healing back into your own hands.
Since ancient days, there was a massage that has been with women and carried forward to support the life force of the womb & heal imbalances. This is an aspect of women’s health that has always been with us, that we are now remembering together.
This therapy holds true that the womb / uterus is the center of a woman’s well-being.

What to expect during a session:
Complete intake form that you receive after scheduling. This is the first step in our journey together — exploring current symptoms, where & how they developed, helps to inform & support your healing path.
After meeting one another, we will take time to go over your reproductive herstory and space will be given to share anything that feels of importance.
Creating an intentional and sacred space, we will drop in together with a grounding womb meditation & move into the full treatment which includes — womb and abdominal massage, massage of the diaphragm, thigh rocking, massage along the spine & sacrum, gentle stretches around the tail bone, pelvic alignment assessment & corrections if needed. Care and unwinding will also be given to the head/neck/shoulders and calves/heels/feet.
Next, we will go over the unique benefits of self-care womb massage, in direct relationship to your personal goals.
This will be followed by in-depth instruction and overview of the massage and how to perform it on yourself. You will have the opportunity to give yourself the massage during our time together, and I will ensure you feel confident in the therapy.
We will then go over contraindications of the massage, best times of your menstrual cycle to perform the massage, and any recommendations and guidance around complementary modalities that may feel suited for your continual journey (Example: castor oil packs, herbal v steams, womb ceremonies, womb journeys/meditations, diet or lifestyle adaptation).
We’ll then have an integrative closing together and you will receive a pdf on the self-care massage.
My emphasis throughout sessions is in Presence.
I combine extensive bodywork and energy healing skills with an intuitive hands-on approach to uniquely meet the personal needs of each client.
Prayer and intention sets a safe and sacred container.
All sessions include aromatherapy.
Prenatal massage
Once viewed as luxury, prenatal massage is now recognized as an essential part of a pregnant woman’s health care. Regular massage during pregnancy is beneficial to mother and her growing babe’s health.
All prenatal full body massages are done in side-lying position.
The side-lying position allows for less gravitational strain on the mother’s body, and eases her already stretched uterine ligaments. Side-lying also reduces pressure in the low back and joints of the pelvis, allowing for deeper relaxation.
Let you and your baby be nurtured on your journey to motherhood. This ‘time away’ from the ordinary, also creates a special opportunity to connect with the life you are nurturing.
Postpartum massage
These sessions are deeply restorative and relaxing. This full body oil massage also includes a warm pack for the belly and abdominal/uterine therapy to help lift and support the uterus returning to it’s centered and aligned position. Organic oils are infused with medicinal herbs and essential oils specifically for the postpartum period, to support grounding and bringing balance to the new mother’s energy.
Besides being wonderful for new mama, the physical and psychological benefits of massage directly impacts her newborn; if mama is nourished and taken care of, she is able to more fully nourish and care for her baby.
