Womb-Centered Bodywork & Drumming
Feminine embodiment through reverence & rhythm

Supporting the Thresholds of the Feminine Journey

Through therapeutic bodywork, womb-centered practices and drumming, I accompany women through the many seasons of becoming and the initiations that shape our lives.

These offerings weave together clinical experience, ancient rhythms, and ceremonial care to create a space where the body can soften, the nervous system can settle and deeper wisdom can emerge.

Ganaia’s work creates grounded space for rest, reflection, remembrance, reconnection and renewal. For women to meet themselves with greater awareness, embodiment and loving connection.

8 Ways to Deepen Into Your Womb With the Drum

Ganaia is creating a new resource exploring womb-centered practice, rhythm, and simple ways to deepen your relationship with your body and inner knowing.

An invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you — with practices you can return to in your own time and in your own way.

For over a decade, Ganaia has supported women in returning to the innate intelligence, wisdom and magic of their own body and soul.

Through 1:1 sessions and group experiences, she creates spaces for deep listening, reconnection and meaningful transformation.

Drawing on healing arts, ceremonial womb tending and rhythmic ritual, Ganaia weaves together practices that honor the full spectrum of being and becoming—meeting each woman with care, reverence and respect for her own inner knowing.
